Between 2013 -15 Shrravonii conceived and led a cross industry best practice exchange program for a major IT multi national, bringing in cross indutry expertise from the defence industry to help transform the training programs from 100% instructor led, to multi-touch point digital transformed programs, by enabling a shift intheir mindsets, behaviors through some learning tools and principles. The program led to a sharp rise in performance of trainees, great feedback and a sharp drop in attrition rates
2021-22, Led the OCM business transformations of a US$ 5+M project for a North American utility company going through platform change and training transformations. The program involved a revamp and systems upscale to prepare the workforce to work with the new platform. The program not only saw a system change, but a shift in operational behavioral that led to better adaption to new technologies and growth tools.
2007 -10 a major consulting program involving a leather fashion manufacturing company who wanted to scale their business and branding through international marketing, trade shows and business promotions. The consulting involved a deep dive engagement of understanding target markets and consumer psychology that influenced design , development to marketing initiatives, leading them to success.
Shrravonii specialises in industry investigations performance and learning optimizations studies. In 2008-10, On a special appointment from the Indian Army, Shrravonii Paul conducted a special training for 14 cadets who were competing for the national competitions. 2020-22 Shrravonii did a special training with the law enforcement agencies in USA to study on scopes of performance improvement through mindset coaching and behavioral learning optimization for new joinees and recruits.
In 2016-17, renowned e-commerce giant was setting up one of their business vertical trainings worldwide. Shrravonii leveraged robust leadership skills to reconstruct the business vertical's existing training sytemto recreate a global standardized program through multi-touchpoint training strengthening cohesiveness among 16 global offices, in 8 months, saving 23% of the estimated budget. The major shift involved enabling a shift in the learning process and delivery.
2019 -20, Shrravonii led the leadership mindset coaching and workforce empowerment change management program for 2 major sites in the Midwest for a North American crop science organization, that were implementing the advanced manufacturing systems worldwide while dealing with the challenge of working with seasonal workers. The program saw a huge shift in the mindset of seasonal workforce who embraced the trust and ownership responsibilities in driving the program, as they experienced the shift in mindset and behavioral change with the coaching.
2011-12 Shrravonii designed a 4 days training program called Accelerate for an IT Multinational, that were aimed at mainly behavioral and leadership development for employees who were stepping into management roles for the first time and needed a systematic program to be successful in their jobs. The program served first time mangers and DGM levels and was later incorporated with senior leadership trainings.
